These terms apply when you buy Cones & Bibs from this website. Please read them before you pay. Buying the product means you accept them.
Cones & Bibs is sold by Shaun Ellison, a sole trader based in England. You can reach me at contact-tbc@conesandbibs.invalid, and that is the address to use for any question, problem or refund request.
A digital football coaching resource: fifty complete training sessions, each with a diagram, an objective, coaching points and progressions, plus a session planner and coaching pathways. It installs to a phone, tablet or computer and works with no internet connection once installed.
The price is £9.00. It is a single payment. There is no subscription, no renewal and nothing further to pay. Updates to the sessions are included at no extra cost, but I do not promise any particular update on any particular date.
You are buying a licence to use the product, not ownership of it. The licence is personal to you, and it lets you:

If your club wants copies for its whole coaching team, email me and I will arrange a club rate — it works out cheaper than buying several.
Access is delivered immediately after your payment is confirmed. If it does not arrive, email me and I will sort it out.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase made online and get your money back.
For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery has begun, provided you agreed to it beginning straight away and acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel. You are asked to confirm both at checkout.
Despite that, I offer a refund anyway. You get the full 14 days regardless of the fact that delivery has begun. The refund policy sets out how to ask and what happens next.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it is not, you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.
These are coaching sessions written from experience in grassroots football. They are not medical, safeguarding or safety advice. You are responsible for running your sessions safely, for the suitability of any session for the players in front of you, and for your own club's safeguarding and first-aid requirements. Check the surface, the equipment and the group before you start.
I do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, my liability to you in connection with this purchase is limited to the amount you paid.
I may update these terms for future purchases. The version that applies to you is the one published when you bought the product.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
