The short version: this site has no accounts, no logins, no analytics and no tracking of any kind. The product itself makes no network requests at all once installed.

The sales page sets no cookies, loads no third-party scripts, embeds nothing from other sites and runs no analytics. Nothing you do on it is recorded by me.
The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as your IP address in order to deliver the page and protect against attacks. That is standard hosting activity and I do not use it to identify or profile anyone.
Once installed, Cones & Bibs makes no network requests. It is entirely self-contained — the fonts, the diagrams and the sessions are all on your device. Saved sessions, notes and planner data are held in your browser's local storage, on your device only. None of it is sent anywhere, and I cannot see any of it.
Clearing your browser data, or uninstalling the app, deletes all of it. There is no copy elsewhere.
Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to me — I never see or hold them. Stripe processes them as a data controller in its own right, under its own privacy policy.
From Stripe I receive your email address, the amount you paid, the date, and the country Stripe records for tax purposes. I use that to give you access to the product, to answer support questions, to handle refunds, and to keep the sales records HMRC requires.
If you email me, I keep the message so I can deal with it and refer back to it if you contact me again. I do not add you to a mailing list and I do not send marketing.
Sales records are kept for six years, which is what UK tax law requires. Support emails are kept while they are useful and then deleted.
I do not sell, rent or trade your data. It goes no further than Stripe (to take the payment), Cloudflare (to serve the site) and my email provider.
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the data I hold about you, ask me to correct it, ask me to delete it, object to how I use it, or ask for it in a portable format. Email me and I will deal with it. Note that I cannot delete a sales record I am legally required to keep for tax purposes.
